This hotel perfectly suits my needs with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The staff once helped me find my lost wallet, which I will never forget. Highly recommend it! Coming back for Xmas.

The room was pretty cramped for a family of four, especially with the additional beds. It creaked a lot, which was annoying. However, the shower was great—good water flow and hot. They kept the room clean every day with fresh towels, which I appreciated. Overall, comfy, but just a bit too tight for us.

The best part of our stay was the buffet breakfast with made-to-order crepes and a variety of delicious options. Our room, though cozy, could've used a bit more space. Overall, a fantastic experience! 🌟

the staff were incredibly helpful, which made our stay very enjoyable while we explored iconic places like the Eiffel Tower just under 3 km away and wandered through the nearby Champ de Mars park, perfect for taking in the sights at a slow pace.

We had a great time enjoying the spacious family room with a clever sofa bed setup that gave us extra space to play and relax. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we loved unwinding at the rooftop terrace and taking photos at the selfie station. Just a heads-up, the bathroom could use a bit more shelving, but it didn’t spoil our fun at all! 😊

I really enjoyed the family-friendly amenities during our stay, especially the complimentary mini bar and the engaging breakfast activities with a magician that kept my kids entertained. The free water refill stations throughout the hotel was a great touch for sustainability. However, the room layout could be improved. it felt a bit cramped for our family of four, making it hard to move around comfortably when the sofa bed was out.

The lobby had a very nice atmosphere that made us feel welcomed right away. The automated deposit devices for luggage were unique and saved us a lot of time on check-in and check-out.
